This is one of the toughest to get right. It relies heavily on changing basslines.

To do this right barre the A with your index finger and then use the pinky to descend down the bassline starting with the D on the 5th fret of the A string. The F#m5 is concluded with a slide down the neck from the 4th fret of the low E string. The E is easier middle finger for the F# and pinky for G#.
